A few cases ago (ep. 479 pt. 1) we saw a mother who'd abandoned her son to a monk, and didn't recognize him even when he was right next to her (and he couldn't recognize her), now here we have a grandmother who sees through her grandson's plastic surgery after 10 years apart.
